No need to worry! Every user has an emergency back-up in case this should happen.
1) Go to the "Menu" tab;
2) Click on "History" ;
3) Under the "In use" tab, click on the container you wish to return;
4) Click on "Emergency return";
5) Select "I forgot to scan my container" and confirm;
6) Your container will be automatically returned. It's like magic!
If you have already used your emergency return, please contact us.

Cano is free for users. There are no deposit fees, and you can even use our system without a credit card.

To borrow more than one container at a time, you must register with Cano Pro using your credit card. Cano Pro allows you to borrow up to 20 containers, and is free as long as you return your containers within 14 days.
You can use Cano without a credit card, but you can only borrow one container and must return it before using a new one.

No! Our partners clean the containers in high-temperature dishwashers and make sure they're ready for reuse.
However, we kindly ask you to empty any leftover food or drink before returning your containers.
